CB and Cm poor heading post game stats

My CB's and CM's consistantly have poor heading values (Attempted 5 won 0). Is there any tactical tweaks I can make or should I just sign new ones with higher heading values?

Also I am conceding goals from the back post man not being marked from crosses. Is there anything I should do to the full backs to stop this?

Sounds like your defence has low jumping attributes?

You can give your fullbacks man marking so they drop back and follow the opposition wingers. You could also try them closing down higher up, see if they then stop the crosses into the box.

I set up the tactics following Rashidi's thread and am 5th in conference south with Fisher who are favourites for relegation. My FB's Closing down is set to 14 at the minute. Will possibly try the man marking

Are your fullbacks fast? it could be a case of them not being fast enough to close down that high up the pitch then, and the opposition wingers beating them for pace.
