Tactics & Training Tips

It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

Default Changing your training routine

I have had the same training routine for about 3 seasons now, with coaches stars in the 4-5 bracket, but just recently i have noticed a few players are starting to get a lot of red arrows (mostly my younger players, 19-22 year olds).
Did you guys recommend changing the tactics every so often or is this just a little blip. The have been working very well up until now.

Dont pay too much attention to the arrows as these are short term notifications of effects of training. Review the player attributes over at least a 6 month period before changing the schedules. Tghere are many reasons why attributes will drop and remember that young players need to be playing at the highest level to keep improving.

That writing is proper annoying, is it hard to type normal like this?.

Anyway, i never change my schedule, i have noticed it works well. If i do change it its only little tweaks, like upping a bar and lowering another to keep it balanced
