Well, heres the thing, Im hartlepool, But ive bought in basically a new starting XI apart from 1 or 2 players, I think i could be 2nd with this team, Im 5th at the minuite, I was 1st but a bad run of form has struck me, Im 1st of march in the first season, How do i get off this bad run of form?

Also, Stancu is missing loads of chances, So in doudin, I even get stancu to take penalties and he missed...

Any ideas?

I usually find some slight tweaking of my formation/tactics sorts out any problems with a bad run. Ofc this is coupled with dropping players if they are not performing ofc

Well, Dropping worked for Doudin & Saying he was short of form, He just scored 2 to make us win 3-2, Should of been 3-1 but a late goal.

i like to go back to basics when i'm on a bad run of form. picking the palyers i know are best and in a simple formation like 4-4-2 or 5-3-2 or 3-5-2 as they are resonably defensive formations and the players dnt really need time to adjust and hope for the best altough i have been or sum horrible half season dips in form a few times due to loss of key players.

ANyways, after a draw with swindon, I thrashed Gillingham 5-1! Stancu with 2, DOudin with 2 and McCunie with one.
