As far as i'm aware he isn't actually in the game at all. He came from Angolan side Petro Athletico who are in game. His real name appears to be Mateus Alberto Contreiras Goncalves but i can't find anyone with that name in the database either so i'd guess he's not there. Seems strange since he's not a youth player and is a full international but maybe he'll be added on a subsequent patch or something.
