What club are you? If you're a big club then Marcelo, like mentioned above, is awesome there and has a release of 5.5M at the start. Menez is great too if you're a mid-size club. He'll come to you. If you're a smaller club, try Angel Di Maria. Class player, available for around 6-7M and might be willing to come to a smaller club as well.

Marcelo is awsome as a winger (just got young player of the season in my premiership game) but you need to be a big club to sign him.

Guardado is of similar quality but usually costs a lot more.

Have a look at Dimitri Payet. Plays in France, forgot which club.
He can play Forward as well.

Matias Fernandez (Villarreal) should cost about 10 mill, he's a natural AMC, but i had to play him on the LW due to a serious injury crisis and he's played so well that he's made the position his own.

With a little bit of positional training u get yourself a really good AM RLC who's also good for most set pieces for 10 million.
