I would like to add a 4th wing-back so I have 2 at each side. Currently I have Adriano (sevilla) and Barragan in the starting spots and closing in on Mattia Cassani who can back up either side. That means my fourth can play either side and I'm looking at having 3.5 - 4 million pounds to spend.

I'm playing with a back 3 tactic and wingbacks play a big role both in counterattacks and building up possession. That said, I'd like tackling of at least 12 if possible

Clercq from lyon but he will cost more.

Try Gonzalo Pindea from Chivas. He's a quality player that guy. Also, have a look at Matt Hill from Preston. He's not good in attack but is solid defensively. Will cost peanuts as well.

If you can stretch to £5.5m (release clause) then i'd go for Marcelo from Real Madrid. His tackling is only 10 from memory but he is class!

I tried Marcelo but he doesn't want to come even as a key player.

Pindea I will check out but I'm only allowed 3 Non-EU guys and I have them all on my roster.

Any other suggestions?

Gael Clichy, Armand Traore, Nadir Belhadj, Arturo Vidal, Urby Emanuelson, Guilherme all pretty good attacking and defending!
