Is anyone else having problems resinging players. My players seem to think they deserve huge pay rises even if they are only on the fringe of the squad.

for example my backup DM C wants to be paid £900 a week in division three, that is twice what my top scoring forward makes. Also I have tried negotiating but they won't accept anything less. It's not a huge problem but I just wondered if i was doing anything wrong

My wage bill has rocketed as well.

It's difficult to keep players happy when they overperform.

Problem I have then though is that I have to scout for new back-up players, and I don't have a hope of selling him before his contract runs out
