Gee, I never thought I'd hear a Barnet manager complaining about this. They won the Conference in my pre-EP3 first season and are leading it again in my first post-EP3 season.

EP3 has made things harder in some respects - it's harder to attract players to the Conference - but easier in some respects, too - note you can loan four players at once (up from two) and I've attracted some reasonably good players on loan.

Only because we bought this crap midfielder from Barnet. Thank God we didn't play him after the first play-off semi final leg otherwise we wouldn't have got to the final, let alone win it...and if he's typical of a 'good' Barnet player, well, the mind boggles...
