This has been argued about a few times here.
One school of thought has it that the AI sorts out players that are part time and their training improvement is less than full time players.
Other zealots when playing only set training for one or two sessions per day.
I don't think anyone from SI has ever given any definitive answer.

If I was playing CM4, and If I had confidence in the training in CM4 to be compatible with LLM, then I'd say that the training regime should be altered to fit in with a guy's other job.

Maestro Vaughan always said that the game's AI took into account the close-season holidays for players wrt training, so I'd assume that the part-time training thing would be accounted for too.
