You mean one where you have directors, but no chairmen, or where you have no-one listed above you under staff at all...?
There's not really a great deal of difference, maybe without a Charimen the board are more lenient?

I've got a chairman, but it won't let me click to see his stats. Why?
[I used the official editor to add him (Des Wood) to Boston United]
