In the real world, Florentia Viola (formerly Fiorentina) has won promotion from Serie C2/B. During the season they've had an average attendance for their home matches of 25000. How's that for fan loyalty?

Their 29 year old star striker has scored 28 goals this season and is becoming a legend across the whole nation. Funny fate for a guy who used to play for amateur side while part-timing as a carpenter.

The only remaining player from the old days of glory is a 36 year old former Italian national. He has been out for half the season with a knee injury, but he has confirmed that he'll return next season to win promotion from Serie C1.

Tomorrow, May 15th, there will be an auction of all the goods owned by old Fiorentina. The clubs new owner has announced his intentions to buy back the club's logo and name.
