LLM has been and always will be about starting in the lowest league available in the country.

Those countries with only one league - although technically not LLM, are accepted.

There have been loads of changes in CM4 that make LLM/ Crap management a lot harder IMHO.

- Managing salaries, and debt. (Try managing Oxford, a decent team, without going into administration)
- Administration sucks! The administrator accepts ridiculously low bids for players.
- P**sed off Premiership and Div 1 players are far less likely to come to lowly Div 4 and Conference teams.
- Big teams rarely offer sh*t loads for your stars now. I remember selling stars for hundreds of thousands in CM3 - but now they rarely offer more than double a players actual value.
- Teams with 'awful' facilities suffer hugely from injury crisis (probably too much IMO)

I've still had relative success in the new game (my Barnet squad are currently sitting pretty at the top of Div 3) but it's definitely taken more time and effort.
