I took Inverness Caledonian Thistle to Europe in CM2 in about 9-10 seasons, don't remember similar succes stories in CM3.

Flight to Malaga got cancelled. Was waiting in Heathrow departure lounge for 16 hours !! Quite a long time to get to Europe in my book ! Do I win a prize ??

not quite right maybe, but i've taken this path anyway.

won the FA Cup in my 1st season after beating Wolves on penalties (that's right, no dupe!!!), and got promoted as 2nd in the league.

although not through the traditional of reaching the Barclaycard, still in Europe by the traits of the fabled competition.

(yea, well, still got beat bad by Brondby in the First Round, 9-1 on agg.)
