Training was so much easier on the other versions. CM4 requires an intelligence not at my disposal sadly

Lets be honest in the LL’s most players stamina is such that taking off their track suit before the game uses up half their conditioning. I have tried my own training regimes, varied the training intensity, skill training, stamina training and I haven’t noticed much of a difference despite leaving each one on for about half a season. The fact remains that in the LL’s if you have a game mid-week after one at the weekend you might as well call out call roll over and die cause nobody but the goalie has enough puff in him to play for 90 minutes….. Oh and I can understand a quick striker feeling jaded at the end of a long hard season but please what is up with my goalie moaning that he’s tired and needs a rest

I think training is my favourite part of CM4, I probably have about 10 training schedules I've made for different situations. I rarely have major injuries, so I must be doing something right. Maybe it's thanks to all those study dates for anatomy I had with...Er, that anatomy class I took. I can see why the majority of people would want to leave it to their Ass Man, though.

Anyway, I always make sure my clubs are fit. Players who are fit are less likely to be injured, as a rule.

So far I don't think it really makes a noticable difference, so I just ignore it for the most part. Maybe it will be tweaked a little, but even then I would at least need more feedback about what effects the training is having, the comments you get from your staff right now are laughable.

How would you know if it makes a difference if you don't use it?

Personally i jumped straight in, none of this poofness of my ass man doing the training and it seems to make a very noticeable difference.

When i went to Nodnol i bought the CM mag and they done an experiment with a certain old italian striker who played/plays for derby and it was interesting reading with different schedules.

You're missing the point of a thread like this, fella. No-one wants help with training in LLM. We succeed or fail on our own merits. If anyone even looks at your thread then they can't reasonably call themself LLM.
quote:
From the Forum Header:
