As mkus said strictly speaking they are, but a good squad & money stacked as high as the club house second floor window takes away a lot of the gloss of LLM at Hull.
LLM is the lowest of the low (ie: Conference in England), but it's Ok to cut your teeth with a DIv 3 side. If you must take a Div 3 side, better to take one of the other sides as Hull becomes a walk in the park.
Sorry to bother you about this, but I just have to ask: do you experts count Bristol Rovers as a LL-club? I always start with this club. Great challenge by the way.
