I managed to get a recording of the interview between Hereford and their new manager, a Mr Le'Roy Hilliard (aka Numpty01)
Board: welcome to the club leroy, we don't want much really fight bravely against relegation and you will keep the fans and us happy and in doing so will keep your job. Any questions so far?
Manager: Yes what have I got in the way of funds and or players?
Board: um...not much really you have a few good players but sorry no funds at present as we are facing bankruptcy, tell you what, those five good players you have, their wages are a little high and dragging us further into debt, tell you what offload them will you. This will help in the long term, should get 12,000 a peice for them and we only owe 1.3 million pounds.
Manager: Oh...okay let me see if I have this right, offload the only decent players I have so as to reduce our debt and with nothing for wages or transfers, try to aviod the drop okay, have I got it?
Board: yes, spot on, excellent, see were of to a good start already the fans will love, oh! before I forget did I mention we have a great backroom of staff, know assisatnt for you sorry about that, but we do have a coach, one physio and one scout, did he tell you about the 6 players we have out will injuries, umm..must have overlooked that when you took on the job, oh well chin up son, remember try to aviod the drop or we may have to get rid of you.
