Reasonable question.

When a Team comes up they're sometimes managerless so you just take them over.

It's a grey area whether you can add a manager, i.e. yourself, and take them over, but I personally wouldn't crucify you.

Normally we would say "do what you think's realistic", so do just that and you'll sleep soundly at night.

just play the game with no changes to the data and stick by the rules that we play by and you will be welcome to the fold.

if you start to try and bend the rules in anyway then your on your own as we will not back you one bit,but then you have paid for the game and you play it how you want to, but please dont come in here thinking that we all want to know what you have done to bend the rules as we will flame you so much you will turn to ash

Simple equation...

Swapping teams = Editing = Spawn of Satan = Banned by anybody who is/trying to be a LLaMa.

Therefore, Aldershot Town CANNOT be swapped into the Conference.

You'll find that they will appear sooner rather than later, it seems in CM4 that they come up in the first or second season. If you want to manage them first, just play on holiday for a season or two.

Oh, and when I was rising with Billericay, you'll find I left Aldershot Town behind in Division 3 (even if they did get out of the Conference first).

that's an easy one, I guessed that since SI provided the command, it would be pertinent to ask if it was considered appropriate to use it.

I may be leaving myself open for a good arse kicking here, but when you start a game normally do you only go for a managerless club? I don't, and as you are not "starting" your game until your team become genuinely available I wouldn't think it a problem.

The "grey area" there is the fact that when you start the game afresh you start as a manager, whereas if you've been "on holiday" then adding a manager is like creating a duplicate you.

Quite apart from being unethical LLM wise, cloning a human is still against the Law.
