It is cheating: there is no doubt that an added manager has a better reputation than a manager of our skills, whose rep will be sinking faster after pressing 'continue' for the first time than a Titanic loaded with concrete

We can't really call what happened to you a bug as we seem 2be rather short on info on what actually happened! Maybe you resigned without realising b4 your last save??
