Taking over an international team of high or even medium reputation would IRL be a full time job so I suppose you have a point.

I think the problem is that, to me in CM, international management has always been something that SI have added on at the end if you know what I mean. This means that you can't do all the things a real international manger can do and it gets boring just playing a few games a season.

Personnally I will continue to do both for the sake of playability over realism.
