I really love it that the board take notice of your cup-adventures these days. I'm not so sure I like the way they do it though. Being expected to get to this and that round is ok but it should take into consideration what your up against. I get knocked by a higher division team in the second round of the cup and my board got really disappointed as they expected me to reach the third.
Wasn't particulary happy when they thought I should do better as manager when I was in 7th place with my team that had a media prediction of 17th and a board expectation of a mid safe spot. The only thing at the time they were unhappy with was the cupperformance. Now they seem happy enough even though the economy is completly screwed and such but then again I'm in second place.
