Hi Guys,

Got a couple of ideas which I think we could include in the game which I personally think would make the game a bit more realistic and pleasing.

Management teams.
I find it such a bore, setting up my coaching staff/assistant manager for my teams. I know it doesnt happen all the time, but alot of times a manager will leave a club to join another and some of his backroom staff will follow him, go with him. Not always, but I would like some function in game where you could possible link yourself with your assistant manager/coaches. It will be have to be worked that the club your leaving wont be screwed over coz that wouldnt happen in real life. Maybe when you join a new club, there is a option that allows your new club to try and obtain the release of your assistant manager or a coach or two.

I had another idea but I forgot it. Maybe, I will remember it as soon as I click post now!

Maybe it could be an option when negotiating a contract with a new club, along with stadium expansion and the likes. I'd like to see it included :thup:

I'd also like to see it included, :thup: it's becoming more of a regular occurence in real life, and would be a nice feature in the game.

Patch Data.
When the official patch comes out, new one and possibly data patch in February. How about the data being correct up to that point as in league positions , gd etc. I know this would take a bit of work. But surely you guys could include and world wide save game that has taken a snap shot of the leagues and their current position. So for example;

Download data patch for january. Have an option to start a new game from 1st February with the leagues currently as they are in real life. Would give a different aspect on the game, a mini challange. Can you keep that team top of the league, can you save that team from relegation ?

Just a thought.

I got fed up with the game so got myself sacked - three staff members backed me and left as well, so I presume you can snap these up on free transfers if you get yourself a new job quick enough.

Of course it's not quite the same as what you're suggesting, but in real life I don't think backroom staff would ordinarily leave just like that - they're getting paid for a job, they would probably only leave once you got another job and came looking for them, not before.
