Even if I'm 1-0 up with 2 minutes to go he still comes up for a corner!?!?!

Why do I do to stop him? I'm on my third team in 2 seasons and all of my GK have done it!

One of two reasons.

1. You are running an unpatched game. One of the fixes in the patch was to stop the keeper from getting player instructions that were more suited to a striker.

2. You have your keeper set to a very attacking mentality.

Are you playing your forwards on goal?
You have some very eccentric keepers?

Remember Higuita?
He didn't go up for corners much but man, was he a nutter!

Will I have to start another game to fix this or can I just download the patch and carry on with my game? Thanks

sorry for you m8, but it is probably due to one of the reasons mentioned by Spankie.
A known bug in unpatched game, is when you do some substitutions the mentality of players in other positions (could be the GK) is changed automatically (could be to "very attacking"), so your GK will join in every Att. Corner

Another thing, for example my left winger is attacking up the wing and for no apparent reason he'll kick out of play!!!

Isn't there a description for that on the player's screen? I think it is called being "flamboyant"!
