It would appear that help is not forthcoming and i have had my message deleted because i may have upset the admin people. Did i write anything rude? Certainly not. Did i comment on a lack of help? Yes. And for this i have be taken out of the equation.
Well, if the powers that be would like or care to help, i would be most grateful. Or is someone prepared to refund the money for my game as they are no longer prepared to help resolve my issues?

I do not know what you are referring to but I would suggest that if a mod deleted a post of yours it was because it was offensive or something like that. The mods are always more than happy to help, they don't just hide away any criticism of the game.

I've checked your previous posts, and it seems you've posted in a different forum. It hasn't been deleted.
And I wouldn't expect a personal response from SI by e-mail, they're a bit busy.

I always find it hilarious when someone asks for their money back on here, or says they are going to take SI to court because they haven't got a response.

If your hoover didn't work would you;
a) Take it back to the shop.
b) Call the customer care line.
c) Contact the manufacturers directly.
d) Post the problem on a forum.
