you'd have to groundshare with wakefield & emley fc, as well as wakefield wildcats rugby team!! the pitch is a right mess, trust me!! its my local ground!!

If you wanted to move there permanantly, you'd have to buy it. It's a bit of a silly notion. And what about the rugby team that rinso mentioned? Where would they go?

Think of it like this.
You own a decent house, but it needs to be renovated into an absolutely sweet home. You can't live there during the renovations, so you need to live somewhere in the meantime.
It doesn't make sense to buy another house whilst you wait for yours to be renovated, so you decide to rent a home that someone else owns.
You're asking us, why you can't just stay at the other guy's property permanently. Well, it's not yours, that's why.
Why can't you just buy it off him? Well, because it's cheaper to renovate your own house. Plus, his house is clearly bigger than yours (just using the ground capacity here as my basis), and therefore would probably cost much more to purchase than what you would get if your sold your unrenovated house.

Harrogate is freakin' miles away from Wakefield isn't it?
I'm from Lancashire so I make a point of being sketchy on Yorkshire geography, but from what I remember they are on opposite sides of Leeds. Your fans would soon stop supporting you if they had to travel all the way to Wakefield permanently and you'd cease to be Harrogate Town.
At Morton in FM07 I got to groundshare at Ibrox (capacity ~51,000) while Cappielow Park (pre capacity ~11,000, new capacity ~15,500 capacity) was being renovated.
There was clearly a bug there though because we were only averaging ~10,000 at Cappielow the season earlier. We didn't win the league or anything like that, but just moving to Ibrox for 3/4 of a season gave us ~35,000 average attendances. That fanbase apparently stayed with us too because now we fill out our (now 20,000 capacity after another increase) own stadium week in week out and presumably could still get 35,000 if our ground was big enough :p
