Despite beating them, I was greatly impressed by the football Barca played when I played them recently. Does anyone know or have the tactics they play, when controlled by an AI Frank Rijkaard?

In my current game they play some sort of 3-4-3 and sometimes a 4-4-2.
Irl they play 3-4-3 and even sometimes 4-2-4.

Not sure where you plucked this bit of information from as it's quite blatantly wrong.

Infact they're on skysports now vs villareal and they are playing basically a 4-3-3 - the same formation they have played the majority of the time since rijkaard took over.

Yes they play a 3-4-3 formation, but I don`t think you will be able to get that exact tactic.

You are totally correct on this, i did mean 4-3-3 irl, sorry for the typo.
In the game this tactic that the AI uses however does look like a 3-4-3 but one that isn't available to us i think.
Or maybe they have such good players that it looks different from the standard 3-4-3 in the game.

The term IRL refers to "IN REAL LIFE"...
