Ok let me begin,i bought FM07 and played as Real Madrid until the 2 bill bug caught up with me so i started again as AC Milan i started as my real age 35 am im now in season 2034-2035 so i am 61 years old in game and have won 49 major trophies and 22 minor trophies, in other words ive won the lot and wear the T-Shirt but in the last few seasons despite the vast array of world class players i have in my team im struggling to win any kind of cup let alone league match, i used Genie Scout to judge my PA/CA and i have suddenly dropped from 200/200 to 171/200 in the last 4-5 years, surely your not a worse manager just because your age increases ????

Perhaps your ability has dropped because you've stopped winning trophies/games and not because of your age?

i won the league and cup in previous season and won the treble in the season before that

Of course you can become a worse manager with age! Would you expect to get to 90 years old taking training every day and motivating your players?

Yes but we're talking about the ingame world I dont think it makes a difference reall. Maybe you just need to get a team report from your Ass Man and then sign some fresh talent 9 make sure you have a decent scout.)
