Hey, just started a new game and now im three weeks in and my training schedule seems to have no affect on my players.
I setup a pre season schedule and usually atfter 3 weeks theres some UP or DOWN arrows on the training screen, but for me its stil all blank.
I Know its early in the game so maybe training hasnt had any effect yet, but wouldnt there usually be a yellow arrow there? signalling no impact??

anyone else had this??

3 weeks?! lol its been toned down a lot in fm08... needs a lot longer than 3 weeks to take effect

It will take months before you see anything.
And dont expect to see any progress on old player or anyone who already peaked..
F.eks you wont see Ronaldo, kaka, fabregas or Messi get much better since they almost play at PA(potential ability)level.

Take Kaka f.eks hes 185 CA 193 PA..so there is not alot of room to progrss in.
Maybe 1 point in 3 or 4 attributes.

Kaká is CA 190 PA 194?

But yeah, training has changed quite a bit compared to FM07.

give it time, and you will se progress, providing yer schedules are half decent anyway! into 2013 n two different saves, and players progressed great on my liverpool save.. can provide screenies if ya like... think i still got some youngsters floating about in squad that were there at start... should be able to compare em to how they are on your game...
