Id go with York too, but then again I do support them IRL so its kind of an obvious choice!

Very young squad with room to develop and a new stadium on its way, the only issue is the debt, but if you start before the update then you'll be fine!

Another couple of choices that no-one seems to have mentioned Hull (I used to live there & the football team are on the up, nice new stadium and good finances) and Plymouth (my best friends team, a good solid team with plenty of young players and expectations arent overly high). I have had long-term games with both these clubs.

real betis of spain.
fallen giants. media only predicts 15th.
but a pretty strong squad.
£1.8 mil to spend.
but the overall financial state is excelent.
50000 seater capacity stadium
