I know there are alot of lower league managers on here who always play with a particular team. You may have become attatched to the club from an earlier game and stuck with them as they have "legends" to you personally. Mine are Rushden and Diamonds who i've been using every managerial game i've played since my first (Ultimate Soccer Manager 2) and always work hard to make them a big club. Rushden have just sold Simeon Jackson to Gillingham for £150,000. He has been astonishing for me for years on FM and now i have lost him
Are there any managers out there, like me, who are dreading the next patch because your team (irl) has sold a main player/player you loved?

I'm sure he's aware there's an editor, and the fact you don't have to use the updated database with the patch, but that's not what he's asking.
To the OP, Jermain Easter for my Wycombe team is a bit of a blow. But then again, so was Nathan Tyson at the time, although I've never missed him that much.
