are the logos for the FA Cup, LDV, Carling Cup etc not used in the game when I play it?

We don't have licenses for those competitions so they aren't in the game

Some liscences are very expensive - some leagues might have signed exclusive deals with other publishers.
SI try there best to get as many liscences as possible. It is the same for a lot of football based games though; Unless you have the power and money of someone like EA then you can't have everything you want.
