I just downloaded European kit pack of Susie, and i installed and extracted to right place. But on game only Holland kits show up, the rest are the original template kits that are plain.

Any reason for this?

Make sure you have deleted any original files that conflict with the new files.

If not, make sure that the config file is correct.

Have you switched Skin Cache off in the game Preferences? If not, then doing that and either changing skin or restarting the game should display any graphics you have added.
