will someone please please explain how to put on new faces and kits i have tried for hours put cant

someone please help me i have downloaded a premiership kit pack and some player pictures but i just cant do it

Follow the instructions in the readme's that came with the pack.

Simply:

1. Download.
2. Extract to where you downloaded.
3. Transfer the created folder to:
Kits: \Football Manager 2006\data\graphics\pictures\kits, it doesn't matter where within this folder you put them, but for you to easily find them in future, put the prem kits in: \Football Manager 2006\data\graphics\pictures\kits\clubs\england\pre m
4. Load up FM.
5. goto the preferences menu, scroll down, make sure player faces and logos boxes are ticked if you want to use them. Untick use skin cache.
6. Select a different skin. Click confirm.
7. Faces/Kits/Logos should show. If they do go back to preferences menu and switch back to your normal skin.

it still isnt working

i dont get it do u have to rename the kits to something different so that the game can pick up on them

Which pack are you trying to download (provide a link so I can see if the pack actualy works).

- Does the pack have a config file with it. It'll be called config.xml

- Have you unzipped the file?

- Where are you putting the file?

- Have you turned off the skin cache and restarted FM?

Also there's no need for you to create a new thread asking the same thing, opening new threads isn't going to magicaly make an answer appear, and will more than likely cause people not to both to answer you.

oh and the pack does not hav a config file i think that is the problem but the pack is the creased kits the premiership one it is on loads of forums

If you don't have a config file for them, then your best off redownloading them.

Use these Creased Premier kits they work:

Delete your existing premiership kits before adding these.

Once you have downloaded them follow the instructions in my first post:
