Does anyone know if the unique IDs for players are the same in FM2006 as they are in FM2005? For example, could I just transfer all of my facepacks from FM2005 to the new game?

Also, are the teams the ID's the same so that I can do the same with the logos and shirts?

Yes, they keep the same database in every game. So all UIDs are equal.
