Ok so just for examples sake, you downloaded the file, if it's in a folder named for example, premiership, where you open it and see all of the players pictures, or folders with team names and all the team players pictures in side, with a file called a config file then your on the right track.
Simply right open my computer, c:drive, program files, sports interactive, football manager, data, graphics, pictures, you'll be able to navigate once your there to what sort of folder goes where. Simply drag and drop your downloaded folder into or as close to the corresponding folder.
Then start the game up, if you don’t see the pictures already loaded up, go into options, preferences, untick the skin cache option, and tick the always reload skin on confirm, and then hit confirm on the bottom left of the screen, wait a second, and job done.
Things to remember, if you download a file and it comes in what is called a .rar files, you will need a program called winrar, you can download it from download.com or somewhere similar.
