I just started a new game on FM 2006. Before doing this I created a few players. I put the Potential value and some stats in but I left some as 0 assuming FM would create these at random for me....It didn't seem to as these just have - in the value field in the game. Will these fields populate or are they stuck like this for good?? What did i do wrong??

SOunds like you are playing with "player attribute masking" or the "fog of war".

So, if you scout the player more information will be revealed.

That's thje only explanation I can think of.

Every zero value created in the editor is randomly generated by the game.
