Is there an editor able to edit competition rules for cups and leagues?

Not sure there is one, but i think most of that stuff is hardcoded into the game

No there isn't a editor that will do that for you, simnply because all league and cup rules are hardcoded into the game, and therefore not possible to edit.

But the hardcoded stuff is possible to find in some files or something?
Because, you have to change it also...
I really want to make a Holland/Belgium league...
Is it an option to make the Belgium league unworkable and the Holland league the 'Beneliga'

why don't you put every club in the english league

i've swapped the english and holland competition
entirly, so you could that do also with belgium.
if it works for you i don't know,but my league is working.
