Hi, I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me.
I'm currently in the process of adding some of the key japanese players and teams to my FM06 database. I have managed to turn the japanese national team into a real team within the fake.lnc file, and have changed every japanese team name to its real english name. I have also added most of the top j league players.
The problem i have now is that in the game the j league teams do not have an information tab. Althought players can be bought from the j league teams, they never seem to be able to buy anyone. I was wondering if there was a way to enable the team somehow. I'm guessing it's still set as a fake team somewhere?
surely that won't work? the fake file is there to over-ride settings pre-set within the game isn't it?
for example, the fake japanese national team isn't even mentioned in the original fake file, yet when i added an entry for it and set the fake to off, the team works.
I have a feeling that I need to set the league as a non-fake somehow? can anyone help me please?

Yes it will work, it doesn't change the database until you load it up & save it!
And there is no way of getting the information tab for japanese clubs either. Nor a way of them working in any shape or form.
