You can't play it. Maybe somewhere in future it will be possible. I'd really appreciate Lithuanian, Latvian and Estonian leagues playable! I like to make a small team from small country win Champions League

You can kinda do it using the editor, you gotta swap the teams in Latvia with teams from a league you don't use, them swap the TLA of the 2 countries you just swapped around the leagues of.

Won't be the exact rules or number of teams, but it'll let you play as the teams.
