You aren't gonna Practice if you want people to cut renders out for you.
Why do you need it cut well?

Seriously, try cutting it out yourself mate. It'll be good practise, just take your time with it and follow a tutorial if desperate. People get good at cutting with practise, it's easy once you know how. I hope you give it a shot at the least.

I have tried, and failed, Imma look at a tut how to cut with pen tool but it would still be really helpful to me if someone could cut it good for me, I really do suck, I've only just started cutting my own stuff unfortunatly.

thats what we're getting at.
no matter how fustrating cutting is...no matter how long it takes, every one improves at it
cutting is no longer a problem for me..it is safe to say I've mastered it
if you practise...it will be the same for you

now go and cut that pic...post it here...and we'll give you some pointers

Cutting is something you get better everytime, it's probably the most disliked technique people have to do; altho i cant understand why, i enjoy cutting stuff.
Cut will the Polognal Lasso tool, only use the Pen tool when you've mastered Lasso Cutting.
