Can I download both?

And how does it effect my current game?

The goal-kick update is the most complete , and has around 2000 changes including England minor transfers..

I would wait for the official one. In two weeks time also there will be end of transfer window in some countries and new unofficial updates will occur.

I don't vist here very regularly. Last I heard
SI were spending all their time on PSP and XBOX FM's. When was there an announcement about an official data update? Link?

I'm no fan of any update that feels it needs to tweak existing players stats.
