With this stuff, you can just edit in the pre-game editor and it will effect your current game.

I think that should work as long as your stadium exists already (ie. you didnt create it from scratch).

The game reads stadium names (and town/city names i think) from the actual database rather than from the save game file.

It would work if they were created, as yes, it reads this information from the db instead of save game
