i m sorry if there was another thread, i looked at the last 3 pages but couldnt find one.

how can i chance the regulation that stops me buying more than 1 non eu player in each season. i know i can edit the amount of time needed for gaining a nationality, but i couldnt find how to edit this regulation.

dont think you can as this is hard coded into the game and cant be edited without hacking

Is it important to you that the regulation is changed, or just that you can buy more eu-players? If its the last, download fmm from the editors hideout and when you want to buy a non-eu player, just use fmm to change the player's nationality to a european one. Once you've obtained the player, revert his nationality.
