Patch compatibility

The FAQ for the patch says it's save game compatible but some things appear to be database related. I have already started a huge update project and don't want to lose that so I would like to know if certain things are database related or if the fix is outside of the database.

Quote:

- Teams now in correct divisions for 2007 season.

- Croatia U19 Second Division now has only one group of 16 teams.

- U19 teams/leagues now used in Spain.

Fixed Swedish Second Division Middle Gotaland missing a team.

Will the above things force me to use the 7.0.1 db or can I keep on using my current db?
