Hi everyone just need some help on these DDT files,

i read somewhere that you didnt have to have all the leagues running in order to have all or some of the players in your game, ive downloaded some files from Oskarsson web site but where do you put them how do you use them and is it true that i can just have the premier league running without any others and still have all the players in the database?
