i have tried to download training as it says to My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2007\training but its never there wat am i doing wrong????

This is not the quickest way but works.

Put the traing download on your desktop then go to training screen in the game, schedules, edit, import then in the locations screen hit "up" till you getc to the desktop, then open the desktop, find your download file, highlight it , select then ok. It will be in your schedules when you go back to the game.

when i go to desktop it wont recognise any files!

Leave the file on the desktop and dont try to open it- Windows does not recognise the file extension. You dont need to touch it once downloaded.

how do i get it onto my training schedule without opening it??

Oh-Dear!! YOU dont need to open it, the FM game opens it for you. Do as I suggest above without thinking about what you are doing and it works!
