Here it is lads, a season and a half of watching every goal I concede and analysing every post match stats screen has brought me to this tactic. It was developed with Fisher in mind because of their media prediction of finishing 22nd in the Conference South. They are now top of the league and things are going well. Does this tactic only work for them or will it work for better teams as well? Let me know.
It is a 4-4-2 with 1 DM and 1 AM in the middle. I developed it from Rashidi and Cleon's threads on defence, winger set up and setting up a tactic. So check them out if 4-4-2 isn't your prefered tactic. I reccommend using the opposition instructions before every game and showing them onto their weaker foot, Closing down the midfield and attack and tight marking the wingers and CF's. In the corners my best header has been selected to stand on the front post and it is already set to hit to him. You should select your best header for this as well. mnickelsV1.0
Won promotion via playoffs to Conference National. Had to change defences mentality to 6 and closing down to 7 as well as turning off offsides as went on 4 game losing streak but won last 5 games after making changes
