Ustari is listed as 'Very Consistent Performer' in my scouting report of him. I find that interesting.

As for your question, I would like to find this out too. I mean if you scout a 18 year old, shouldn't he become more constient as he matures?

Consistency is one of the hidden attributes but it should be possible for this to increase through age and experience but I suspect that it wont be by much.
