Right, I chose Josifovskildo, davehanson, paggio and frag.
Here is the info the lads got in my email, in case you lose the mail:
Some info
the v. 6 tactics were tweaked for Anderlecht, which is kind of midlevel European level team, the v. 7 tactics were tweaked for FC Bayern München which is upper mid level/lower top level European team. As you will see in the tactics, except the 4 defenders, all players follow team passing. And this is my goal, that this be the only thing one should have to tweak (not included chasing goals etc, in-match) for the tactic to work for different level teams.
As you'll see the difference between v. 6 tactics and v. 7 tactics is that v. 7 has shorter passing and lower tempo for both home and away tac compared to v. 6 tactics.
My idea is that for this tactic to work for a League Two side, or a Conference side, what is needed is to move the sliders for passing and tempo some notches to the right. You all will have to mess about with this some.
For it to work with Barcelona, Milan etc, you'd go the other way, moving those two sliders to the left.
I use opposition instructions quite extensively.
If I encounter a normal 442 I'll usually hard tackle and close down the wingers, and hard tackle the strikers. If a very gifted striker I'll try to wrong foot him if possible. Same with the wingers, but this is a bit random.
If I encounter a 4222 I'll treat them as a normal 442.
If I encounter something with an AMC and one or two strikers, I'll often tight mark the amc and treat the striker(s) as in a 442. If they play wingers and an AMC I'll treat the wingers as in a 442 and the AMC as I just mentioned.
Play about with this as you please.
DaveHanson - if you could test the tactics with a conference side a season or two I'd appreciate it. You would probably need to move the sliders right to find the proper balance.
Frag - Try it on with a Serie C1 or League One/Two side. Also moving to the right would probably be the thing. Try not to take the absolutely best team in the league!
Paggio - Try it on with a mid level European side, such as Monaco or PSG or Heerenveen, you get the idea. The v. 6 tactics or there about would probably work. Try not to take the absolutely best team!
Josifovskildo - Try it with a top European side, but maybe not Barca or AC Milan or Chelsea as most anything will work with them.

Inter, Liverpool, etc, you get the idea. You would if anything use the v. 7 tactics (my guess) and maybe move sliders to the left or only slightly to the right.
Purchase players as you please, as anyone would to their financial ability anyways when playing.
Note that the tactic might take a while to "sit" with the players. I notice quite a lot of difference when playing players who know the team and when playing new ones. Or rather, i notice it when I **** about to much in the cup with my reserves.
I have no idea if training plays a role in this, but I use Matt's senior and youth training.
Try to do as little with the tactics except the passing and tempo sliders as possible, cause that is kinda my thing about the tactic working for different levels.
