Hey all, first post so bear with me. Just nearing the end of my first season with Man U and i know there is a new patch out, just wondering if this patch will make the premership teams sponsered? Also if i download this patch will the alters take place on my saved game or will I have to start a new game for these to take affect? Any guidance or information much appreciated.

If you mena the new 7.01 patch then no it doesn't but if theirs a further patch out or coming out which I'm pretty sure their isn't then I'm not sure.

Oops I meant no it doesn't add sponsors by the way but I've never tried my old save games with the new patch.
