retired_jonathannew1212 Newb Join Date: Jan 2007 Posts: 0 Rep Power: 0	tactical trauma. help me! i am southend in the 4th season and my personel are far far superior to any other team in the championship. I have cardenas, eastwood, janczyk, riordan, ceh, somoza, gunnarson, danny murphy, kieron dyer, gaetan de guzman, marek cech. why am i so inconsistent. it can only be my tactics. i have playing a 4-3-3 for some time and am around about playoffs every season. there must be some kind of stromp tactic someone knows of to get more out of these quality players. advice appreciated
